PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, method and program for detecting communication property in a community accurately extracting the degree of discussion within the community regardless of whether the community is developing with a short time passage from its establishment or matured.;SOLUTION: Paying attention to that a discussing-type user starts discussion within a relatively short time after participating in a community, the degree of discussion in an on-line community is calculated by analyzing the number of users who start discussion in a short time after participating to the community or the length of time required to start the discussion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
