PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment method during shut-down/start-up of a power generation plant, and its device, capable of shortening a water treatment process during starting-up, in water treatment during shut-down and start-up of the power generation plant.;SOLUTION: This water treatment device of supply water is circularly used by a boiler, a steam driving turbine and a condenser, by supplying the water to the boiler of the power generation plant, and is composed of a storage means 1 storing a chemical quantity injected into the supply water when stopping the power generation plant in response to a shut-down period of the power generation plant, a shut-down period input means 2 inputting a predictive shut-down period of the power generation plant, and a chemical injection means 3 injecting the chemical quantity into the supply water in response to the shut-down period inputted when stopping the power generation plant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
