PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve communication quality of a route generated by routing in an ad-hoc network and to prevent wasteful processing load increase or radio resource utilization at routing.;SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 10 includes a function for constituting an ad-hoc network N1 and comprises a measuring unit 12 for measuring a moving speed of own terminal 10; a decision unit 13 for deciding whether the measured moving speed exceeds a predetermined reference value; and a control unit 14, which controls to inhibit the relay of data for the ad-hoc network N1 to the own terminal 10, when it is decided that the moving speed exceeds the predetermined reference value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
