摘要

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving object tracking apparatus, a moving object tracking method, and a moving object tracking program for surely tracking a moving object even in the case where the number of moving objects or its apparent shape is changed. PSOLUTION: Since the moving object is tracked using the Markov chain, even in the case where apparent deformation or change occurs, the moving object is surely tracked. Furthermore, since a coupling probability function about a color (coloring) or binary (monochrome) is used, high-speed property and robustness are improved.
