PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform processing of several layer protocols in a unified way for more efficient processing.;SOLUTION: An information processor (protocol processor) 1 defines a tag for each type of protocol to indicate an information region of each layer protocol, controls the processing procedure for the tag of each protocol in a common format and performs processing on the same computing unit 20.
