PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely attach a clamp-on type flow measuring instrument to be conformed accurately with a measuring pipe by one worker.;SOLUTION: The attaching device comprises a holding strap 4 having a fastener 3 having one free end and one end attached with a catch means 5, the catch means 5 is manufactured to attach the holding strap 4 to the measuring pipe 1, by guiding the holding strap 4 penetratedly through the catch means 5, the holding strap 4 is surely tensioned to be wound onto the measuring pipe 1, a catch element provided in the catch means 5 interacts with the fastener 3 of the holding strap 4, and the holding strap 4 is attached thereby while preventing securingly the holding strap 4 from being slackened again.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
