PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a voltage variation due to an influence of a dead time set in an converter, in a power supply system equipped with a plurality of storage devices. PSOLUTION: A lower-limit value setting part 52 variably sets a lower-limit value Vth of a target voltage Vh* on the basis of temperatures Tb1, Tb2 and required power Pb1*, Pb2* in a range of a voltage which is higher than a maximum value out of voltages Vb1, Vb2 of the storage device but not influenced by the dead time set in the converter. A maximum value selection part 53 sets a maximum value out of the voltages Vb1, Vb2 and required voltages Vm1*, Vm2* of a motor generator as the target voltage. A target voltage limit part 54 compares the target voltage with the lower-limit value Vth, and sets the lower-limit value Vth as the target voltage Vh* when the target voltage is lower than the lower-limit value Vth.
