PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform detection of image blur of a photographed image in high precision and high speed. PSOLUTION: When the apparatus photographs an object image by solid imaging elements 21 which has a first pixel group (G pixel group) which is arranged and formed, for example, in checkers shape in an imaging area, and second pixel groups (R pixel group and B pixel group) which are arranged and formed in remained checkers positions of the imaging area, it makes exposure time of the first pixel group shorter than an exposure time of the second pixel groups, and detects motion vectors of the object image by performing comparison processing of image data (G image frame) and image data (RB image frame) read out from the second pixel groups.
