PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information disclosure control device for reducing the labor of an information transmitter in designating the disclosure/non-disclosure of information. PSOLUTION: This information enclosure control device is provided with: a disclosure pattern reference table 12 in which a disclosure pattern showing a disclosed state to each information receiver of a disclosure destination is stored; a sample receiver selection means 13 for selecting a mean information receiver as a sample receiver by referring to the table 12; a new information disclosure presuming and setting means 15 for designating the disclosure/non-disclosure of new information to the selected sample receiver to be performed by an information transmitter, and for presuming and setting the disclosure/non-disclosure of the new information to the information transmitter on the basis of the disclosure pattern in the table 12, and for storing it in a new information disclosure record 16, and for deleting the presumed data from the table 12; and an information disclosure control means 17 for controlling the repetition of the operation until the setting of the disclosure/non-disclosure to all the information receivers ends.
