PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact zoom lens which is advantageous to secure aberration correcting performance and a variable power ratio while securing telecentric performance suitable to a digital single-lens reflex camera, to provide an interchangeable lens using the compact zoom lens, and to provide an electronic imaging apparatus using the compact zoom lens.;SOLUTION: The two-group zoom lens includes a negative first lens group G1, and a positive second lens group G2, at varying the power from a wide angle end to a telephoto end, a distance between the first lens group and the second lens group is reduced, and the first lens group and the second lens group are shifted so as to vary the power. The first lens group comprises a negative lens group G1a and a positive lens group G1b, the second lens group includes a positive lens L21, a negative lens L22 and a positive lens L23, and also, a diaphragm S arranged in an air distance coming in contact with the positive lens L21, and conditional expressions (A) and (B) related to the positive lens L21 and the negative lens L22 in terms of shape are satisfied.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
