PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric structure with high connection reliability also in narrow pitch wiring, and to provide a method of manufacturing it.;SOLUTION: In the electric structure which has electrode wiring 13 formed in a resin substrate at least, the electrode wiring 13 has a mushroom cross section shape, the umbrella of the mushroom is embedded to the resin substrate 13 so that the stalk of the mushroom may be exposed. The umbrella and the stalk of the mushroom are exposed.
