PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtering system for an image data using a characteristic of a FIR filter.;SOLUTION: The FIR filter is divided into a plurality of partial filters 150 for filtering the same part of the image data 162 and a partial filtering result 182 (210, 220, 230, and 240) is generated.
