PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced mortar or fiber-reinforced concrete product which has excellent crack dispersibility and high resistance to peeling off.;SOLUTION: In the fiber-reinforced mortar or fiber-reinforced concrete product, the sum total of the product Su×ρf of the total surface area Su(mm2/m3) and the tensile fracture strength σf(N/mm2) of each of a plurality of kinds of reinforcing fibers satisfies a range of formula (1): 100×109(N/m3)≤Su×σf≤400×109 (N/m3).
