PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thermoform a material to be molded by easily confirming the on-off operation of a valve for opening and closing a ventilation route to certainly open the valve.;SOLUTION: This thermoforming machine 100 is equipped with the on-off ventilation route B1 for allowing air to flow, the solenoid valve 85 capable of opening and closing the on-off ventilation route and a molding mechanism 20 having a molding mechanism 20 having a differential pressure supply mechanism 25 for the differential pressure of air different from atmospheric pressure to the on-off ventilation route and applying the differential pressure of air to the on-off ventilation route by opening the solenoid valve 85 to thermoform a sheet (material to be molded) S1 and also provided with a valve operation judging means 90 which applies the differential pressure of air to the on-off ventilation route by the differential pressure supply mechanism 25, detects whether air flows to the on-off ventilation route when the solenoid valve 85 is opened and reports one of the opening and closing of the solenoid valve 85 on the basis of the detection result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
