PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a user interface and answers.;SOLUTION: The knowledge retrieval method includes: a step of retrieving a knowledge information database 15 relating to knowledge including a question and an answer on the basis of a question as a retrieval key inputted by a user; a step of registering the question in the knowledge information database 15 when a retrieved result is a retrieval error; a step of disclosing the registered question, prompting an answerer to input an answer to the question and registering the answer to the knowledge information database 15; a step of selecting the best answer estimated as a correct answer from the answers corresponding to the question and registering the question and the best answer in the knowledge information database 15 as knowledge; and a step of gathering information relating to the question or the answer and outputting the information of a summary result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
