PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber reinforced plastic panel that allows easily detecting defects inside the panel after curing, a method of detecting its defects, and a fiber reinforced base for use in the method. During the manufacture of the fiber reinforced plastic panel 1, the fiber reinforced base 3 with the conductor 4 disposed therein is simply laid as a portion of a laminate 2, whereby after hardening of the panel the conductor 4 detects defects inside the panel.
