PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide blowing lance arrangement for refining which can be used more frequently than the conventional lance even when blowing a large quantity of only oxygen gas and can contribute to reduction in production cost as a result.;SOLUTION: The blowing lance arrangement 1 for refining used for blowing the oxygen gas into molten metal is equipped with: a lance 4 formed with a refractory coating layer 7 and dipped while inclined to the surface of the molten metal 14; a holding part 3 for holding the lance; and an ascending/descending device 2 for ascending/descending the holding part; wherein a horizontal part 8 having 0.5-2.0 times of the length equivalent to the outer diameter of the blowing lance is provided in the distal end part of the blowing lance; an iron-made blade plate 10 having the same angle between the flat surface formed by this iron-made blade plate and the molten metal surface as the inclining angle to the molten metal surface of the blowing lance is provided at the upper end part of the blowing lance, and iron-made blade plate receivers 11 for holding the iron-made blade plate between them and guiding it is provided in the ascending/descending device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
