PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-isolating building panel and a sound-isolating partition wall structure, using a plaster building face bar in particular, having the low execution unit cost and the sound-isolating performance nearly equal to or higher than that of the conventional expensive panel having high sound- isolating performance. SOLUTION: At least two building face bars of the same type or different types and having different coincidence threshold frequencies are stuck together by an adhesive to form the sound-isolating building panel and the sound-isolating partition wall structure.
