PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buffer tank capable of not only separating the bubbles from the liquid material but also preventing quality deterioration of a stored liquid material by promoting discharge of bubbles upon injecting the liquid material again at the time of completing a maintenance work, preventing introduction of bubbles into the liquid and improving the airtight property.;SOLUTION: The buffer tank 8 provided halfway of a material passage 38 for pumping a liquid material 34 includes: a tank main body 76 with its bottom part inner surface shaped in a curved form protruding downward, for temporarily storing the liquid material; a material inlet port 78 formed in a side part of the tank main body; and a material outlet port 80 formed in a side part or a lower part of the tank main body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
