PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily acquire a history of a web page browsed in the past by a user, and to support preparation of an article referring to the web page. PSOLUTION: A request acquisition part 502 acquires a request requesting a history screen. A log information retrieval part 503 retrieves log information including a user ID inside the request from a log server 400, and acquires the log information. A page information request part 504 requests page information including a summary or a title of the Web page of a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) included in the log information from an external server of a distribution source. A page information acquisition part 505 acquires the page information according to the request from the page information request part 504. A statistic processing part 506 executes statistic processing about the Web page of the URL included in the log information. A history screen generation part 507 generates the history screen displaying a list of the browsing history in each the user by use of the page information and a statistic processing result.
