PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having low viscosity, low thioxotropy, and high thermal conductivity, and is redispersible without making precipitated silicon dioxide after long-term storage into a hard cake, and electric equipment by performing electrical insulation processing using this resin composition. ;SOLUTION: In this resin composition, because the precipitating speed of the silicon dioxide can be reduced by mixing silicon dioxide having the average particle size of 20 μm or less, hydrophobic silicon dioxide having the average particle size of a primary particle of 500 nm or less, and a titanate coupling agent with an unsaturated polyester resin, the precipitated silicon dioxide after long-term storage will not turn into hard cake, and can be redispersed.
