PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a announcing device for cargo handling support in an industrial vehicle and the industrial vehicle capable of restraining useless work caused by a determination error in a driver by giving proper indication to the driver when moving the vehicle or a cargo handling apparatus to a cargo handling object for positioning. ;SOLUTION: An image of a cargo handling work area photographed by a camera lifting together with a fork is reflected on an image screen 28A of a display device arranged in a forklift. A controller recognizes a mark M1 arranged on the cargo handling object (a pallet) as an image on the basis of an image of the cargo handling work area, and arithmetically operates the positional relationship (relative coordinates) between the mark M1 and the camera. A lateral dislocation quantity |Yr| of the fork and the mark M1 and the widthwise aligning direction for matching the fork in the car width direction with the mark M1 are determined on the basis of these relative coordinates.
