PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antistatic hard coat coating that has excellent leveling properties, provides a coating film having excellent transparency, scuff resistance and antistatic properties, an antistatic hard coat film having excellent transparency, scuff resistance and antistatic properties and a molding having a hard coat coating film having excellent transparency, scuff resistance and antistatic properties on the surface of a resin molding. PSOLUTION: The antistatic hard coat coating comprises an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition, a lithium salt compound and a polyether-modified compound. The antistatic hard coat film is formed by coating and curing the antistatic hard coat coating. The molding has the antistatic hard coat film on the surface of a resin molding.
