PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a computer to be checked from illegally connecting to an actual network or to prevent a malicious program from being installed in the computer to be checked by running a security check from outside of the computer to be checked. PSOLUTION: A quarantine network system uses virtual terminal software to make it possible to check the computer to be checked from the outside. A virtual network system comprising virtual terminals 1000 to 3000 and a virtual switch 203 is constructed so that the computer to be checked cannot be started unless it passes a check by the virtual terminal software of the server.
