PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative analytical method for a high-boiling point substance capable of detecting quickly the high-boiling point substance contained or deposited in/on a solid or a liquid, with excellent selectivity, sensitivity and time responsiveness.;SOLUTION: In this quantitative analytical method for the high-boiling point substance using a Jet-REMPI method of introducing the high-boiling point substance contained or deposited in/on a sample into a vacuum chamber, and of ionizing thereafter the high-boiling point substance selectively by a laser beam to be subjected to mass spectrometric analysis, an objective substance is extracted from the high-boiling point substance contained or deposited in/on the sample, using a supercritical fluid of carbon dioxide, and the supercritical fluid containing the objective substance is continuously introduced into the vacuum chamber, using a micro pinhole nozzle.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
