PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely start electric charge before used up electric power in a charge scheduled point. PSOLUTION: This electric vehicle drive control system has an own vehicle position calculation processing means for calculating an own vehicle position, a facility cost setting processing means for acquiring facility information of a facility and congestion information thereof, and for setting a charge cost depending on a charge facility of the facility, based on the facility information and the congestion information, a search processing means for searching a route from own vehicle to the facility, an energy control determination processing means for setting a charge schedule along the route up to the searched facility, based on the charge cost, and a drive control processing means for driving an electric drive unit 11, based on the charge schedule. The electric power is prevented from being used up before starting the charge, since the charge cost depending on the charge facility of the facility is set and since the route from the own position to the facility is searched.
