PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction blow molding which does not increase manufacturing cost remarkably and reduces friction between mold surfaces which can plasticly deform a plastic melting tube in a suction blow molding.;SOLUTION: The suction blow mold 1 has an air channel formed of two mold halves 9, an extruded preform which has the conformation of a plastic melting tube and can be plasticly deformed is introduced into an air channel which is closed and is made to slide partially at least on a mold surface 5 and to be arranged in an air channel. The method for manufacturing the suction blow mold 1 which has a structure that at least a part of a mold surface 5 of an air channel is performed with a specific abrasive processing, thereby reducing sliding friction, and disclosing the use of the mold for manufacturing an extruded plastic suction and blow molded part 10 and the molded part 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
