PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing alginic acid microbeads with single diameter which produces uniform beads by using a microfluidics, and to provide a device for producing the same and method for arranging microbeads and device for the same. PSOLUTION: The device for producing the microbeads with single diameter is provided with a first microchannel 1 for flowing oil 2 which is a continuous phase, a second microchannel 3 for flowing sodium alginate solution 4 containing a substance insoluble in aqueous solution with 7≤pH which is a dispersion phase, a crossing 5 where the first microchannel 1 and the second microchannel 3 are crossing, a third microchannel 7 for flowing droplets 6 comprising sodium alginate containing the substance formed at the cross 5 insoluble in the aqueous solution with 7≤pH and oil 8 containing amphipatic molecule and acetic acid, a two-pass joining chamber 9 where the first microchannel 1 and the third microchannel 7 are joining and forming the alginic acid microbeads 10 with single diameter, and a reacting channel connected to the two-pass joining chamber 9 and mixing and reacting the microbeads 10 formed at the two-pass joining chamber 9 for gelatinization.
