PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic clinical thermometer for women allowing precise prediction in a short measuring time, while restraining an error generation frequency. PSOLUTION: This electronic clinical thermometer for women has: an input means for inputting a physiological item data; a prediction value drawing-out means for drawing out a prediction value of an equilibrium temperature from an observed value according to a prediction expression; an abnormal change detecting means for detecting an abnormal change in the observed value by a temperature detecting element; a control means for controlling time-serial start timing of the observed value used in the prediction, when abnormality is detected by the abnormal change detecting means; a storage means for storing the prediction value and the physiological item data; and a prediction means for predicting the next catamenial date, based on the prediction value and the physiological item data.
