PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a container with a hinged lid capable of being integrally molded put of different materials, showing excellence in both a sealing property and a hinging property, showing excellence in sanitation and moisture resistance due to no clearance between layers and capable of being effectively inexpensive ly manufactured without necessitating an assembling process and an assembling apparatus.;SOLUTION: An outer wall layer 4 of a container main body and a lid 3 jointed to the outer wall layer 4 of the container main body with a hinge are molded out of a synthetic resin showing an excellent hinging property. An inner wall layer 5 (a seal wall) is molded out of a soft synthetic resin in the inner circumference of the outer wall layer 4 of the container main body and a container main body side engagement seal portion 8 is formed on the upper edge portion of the inner wall layer 5 of the container main body. A concave and convex mating portion is mounted on a boundary surface of a laminate of the seal wall 5 and the outer circumferential wall 4 to prevent separation between layers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
