PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing high concentration ozone water stably producing high concentration ozone water without lowering ozone concentration of generated high concentration ozone gas.;SOLUTION: Ozone gas is generated in a part for producing high concentration ozone gas 2 by a discharge method, the ozone gas is subjected to a liquefaction method or an adsorption method to produce high concentration ozone gas of 10 vol.% or more, and the high concentration ozone gas kept at ozone gas density of 1,800 g/m³ or less suppressing self-decomposition is dissolved into pure water at a part for producing high concentration ozone water 3 to produce high concentration ozone water.
