PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawer type circuit breaker which can be stored in a housing without any problem even if there is a partition board inside the housing of an enclosed switchboard, etc.;SOLUTION: The drawer type circuit breaker comprises: a first insulating panel portion disposed between the phases of a plurality of input-side terminals; a second insulating panel portion disposed between the phases of a plurality of output-side terminals; a separating portion disposed between the first insulating panel portion and the second insulating panel portion; and fragile portions disposed between the first insulating panel portion and the separating portion and between the second insulating panel portion and the separating portion, respectively.
