PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method, and a program for obtaining environmental information, which accurately diagnosing a client terminal 2 based on the contents of the environmental information specified by identification information when the diagnosis of the client terminal 2 is requested.;SOLUTION: The present invention receives the environmental information and the identification information sent from the client terminal 2, registers the received environmental information in a database constructed on a hard disk to register the environmental information and the identification information in association with the identity information, sends the environmental information and the identity information to an information display terminal 5 for displaying both information, thereby specifying the environmental information while managing easily and accurately the environmental information using the identification information acquired from the client terminal 2 together with the environmental information.
