As for this radio communication system, base station and relays the communication with the mobile station and in every sector being provided, the relay bureau which base station and the mobile station and, it has, dividing the zone which is allotted into plural sub zones, it uses. In this radio communication system, the sub zone which differs to every sector vis-a-vis the 1st communication link with the base station and relay bureau, is used. Vis-a-vis the 2nd communication link with the relay bureau and the mobile station, the sub zone which differs from the aforementioned 1st communication link at each sector is used. When from base station the mobile station exists in the 1st zone inside the range of specified distance, aforementioned 2nd communication link and abbreviation identical sub zone is used at each sector vis-a-vis the 3rd communication link with that mobile station and base station. When from the aforementioned 1st zone the mobile station exists in the 2nd zone which leaves from base station, 1st communication link and the sub zone which differs also either of 2nd communication link is used vis-a-vis the 4th communication link with that mobile station and base station. Because of this, the interference which is during communication linking is controlled.
