PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection shield capable of preventing malfunction of an alarm, which hardly causes trouble in daily routine work and capable of being instantly held in the hand and operating the alarm at the time of emergency.;SOLUTION: The protection shield displays a predetermined character 4 on the front side of a shield main body capable of standing on a plane surface and erectable in a leaned-back attitude. Handles 11, 11, a displacement sensor 2, and the alarm 13 are provided to the back face of the shield main body 10. The displacement sensor 2 and the alarm 13 are connected. When the erected shield main body 10 is lifted from the plane surface on which it stands, the alarm 13 is operated by a signal from the displacement sensor 2. A gripping member 30a is provided along a circumference part on the back face of the shielding main body 10, and a safety device 3a is provided for setting the alarm 13 in a non-operation state when the circumference part of the shield main body 10 is held and the gripping member 30a is gripped and lifted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
