To provide a device for synthesizing radioactive liquid medicine that enables an efficient synthesis of a radioactive liquid medicine while keeping low the exposure of radioactive liquid medicine operators to the radioactive liquid medicine. The usage of a device 10 for synthesizing radioactive liquid medicine includes a target liquid recovery vial 15, a reaction vial 16 to synthesize a radioactive liquid medicine using the target liquid, an exchange module 12 having a pipe passage unit 19 where a first pipe passage (consisting of a discharge line L4, an introduction line L5, a recovery line L6, a connection line L10 and a first multipurpose line L7) connecting the target liquid recovery vial 15 with the reaction vial 16 is installed on a plate 18, and a fixed module 14 where the exchange module 12 is removably installed. A washing liquid is introduced into the reaction vial 16 through the first pipe passage after the discharge of radioactive liquid medicine from the reaction vial 16, cleans its inside and then is discharged from it.
