PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microvibration suppressing mechanism for suppressing the occurrence of microvibration when a lock-up piston of a lock-up damper device for a torque converter engages with a front cover.;SOLUTION: A disc spring 13 is mounted on the center shaft side of the lock-up piston 1, and a friction material 17 is provided all over on the collar side of a turbine hub 11. A front end contact portion 16 of the disc spring 13 has contact with the friction material 17 to scrape thereagainst when the lockup piston 7 engages with the front cover 6, and the contact portion 16 is set apart from the friction material 17 when completing lockup.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
