PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional support method for making a user learning dictionary used for predictive conversion more suitable to a user, in which words and phrases can be adopted (complemented) to the user dictionary only when the user makes a selection among categorized dictionaries and actually uses a word/phrase from the dictionary, so that a word/phrase can be complemented only within the range of dictionary used by the user eventually. PSOLUTION: This method for presenting a complement word/phrase is provided with a similar circumstance analysis step for analyzing similar circumstances between user learning dictionaries given by a plurality of different users, a shared circumstance analysis step for analyzing a shared circumstance, in which a word/phrase element serving as a component of the user learning dictionary is shared between a plurality of user learning dictionaries, and a complement word/phrase selection step for selecting a word/phrase element to be complemented based on the similar circumstances and the shared circumstance.
