PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout structure for sparkling beverage brought into contact with sparkling beverage in a can container, a plastic container, a pitcher, a dispenser or the like, and widely applicable to a container and a utensil having a function of spouting the sparkling beverage, and to improve the foaming property and the foam-keeping property without changing the appearance of the container and the utensil. PSOLUTION: In a spout structure for the sparkling beverage, a spout is formed of a plastic resin, or at least an inner wall surface of the spout is covered by a coating layer consisting of a plastic resin. The inner wall surface of the spout formed of the plastic resin or the surface of the coating layer is surface-modified so that the wettability regulated by JIS K6768 1999 is 38 dine/cm.
