PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively manufacture an internal roller of an internally gearing planetary gear structure. ;SOLUTION: By a series of operations of a transfer press, a bottomed and cylindrical internal roller material (roller body material) 584 is formed from a plate material, by utilizing a mirror surface of the material as an inside perimeter wall with a small friction coefficient. At the stage of cutting an excessive flange 583A after the deep drawing, a convexity 583B, which has a rounded part 583C, is formed at the edge of a periphery in advance by face making and then the flange 583A is cut off. Thereby, a burr 584B generated at the time of cutting the flange is fitted into the outside dimension of a product. Thereafter, heat treatment is carried out to manufacture the internal roller (rotation roller body), which has a predetermined hardness and strength.
