The present invention relates to glasses holding band with soft material useful for clipping glasses (G). Seams (3) are disposed along the long sides of the bands, and backend portions (1b) of cylindrical clipping portions (1) at a pair of temples (T) of the glasses clipped by the bands are respectively connected by connection portions (2). The glasses (G) are provided with the bands which are installed on the pair of temples (T), the bands cause no wrinkle and always maintain a comfortable feeling even when the temples installed in the bands are dragged.
