A coated glass article is formed having a glass substrate and at least first and second coatings deposited over the glass substrate. The first coating is a low emissivity layer having a first refractive index. The second coating is a reflecting layer having a second refractive index greater than the first refractive index of the first coating. The coated glass article exhibits an Rf15% and an emissivity less than or equal to about 0.3.
