A wooden quake-resistant frame capable of forming a quake-resistant opening part and a quake-resistant rigid-frame structure of a wooden building, manufacturable, transportable, and installable easily, and distributable at low cost. The wooden quake-resistant gantry type frame fitted, in an assembled state, to the opening part of the wooden building constructed by a wood frame construction comprises a pair of right and left side column frames vertically installed parallel with each other, a beam frame installed across the upper ends of the column frames, and column leg fittings fitted to the lower ends of the column frames. The frame is characterized in that the column frames are rigidly connected to the beam frame through fabric sheets with a high tensile strength stuck thereon with an adhesive agent, the fabric sheets are formed of a woven fabric, and both the directions of the warps and wefts thereof are tilted relative to the longitudinal direction of the fabric sheet.
