PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opinion collection device capable of inputting easily an opinion about a merchandise article or the like, by a user using the article, and capable of collecting a large number thereof.;SOLUTION: This opinion collection device is provided with: a storage part 13 for storing a prescribed related information data 31 about the article 2, and medium information stored in an information storage medium 21 of the article 2, while correlated each other; a recovery part 4 for storing the article 2 when disposing the article 2; a reading part 5 for acquiring the medium information from the information storage medium 21 by noncontact communication, when the recovery part 4 stores the article 2; a control part 12 for retrieving related information corresponding to the medium information from the storage part 13, when the medium information is acquired by the reading part 5; a display part 6 for displaying the retrieved related information; an input part 7 for inputting a reply of a respondent, an opinion data 32 for storing the input reply; and an output part 8 for providing a recompense in response to the input reply.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
