PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new examination method, preferably, for diagnosing a coronary blood vessel disease, in particular, an advanced ischemic coronary heart disease related to a multivessel disease.;SOLUTION: The diagnosis method comprises the steps of (a) measuring the amount of a cardiac Troponin in the sample of a subject; (b) comparing the amount measured in step (a) with reference amounts.
