For in the grid computer system having a download server of multiple network communication and download management system and client computer, to download in parallel data to the client from the download multiple servers, the client download from the download management system I will request the plan. Client requests a chunk of data from the download server that has been identified by the download plan. The client, re-allocate a portion of the chunk in the download server between in order to monitor the performance of the download server to download a chunk, to improve the performance complete the download of a chunk.
