PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily suitably correct a sound field in an in-vehicle space more without forcing a user to take trouble.;SOLUTION: A microphone MF1 embedded in a front panel 3A of a head unit 3 fitted at a nearly intermediate position between a driver's seat and a passenger's seat in the in-vehicle space picks up a measurement sound output through a left speaker FL or right speaker FR at a longer distance to a driver's listening point LP1 assumed on a head contact surface H1A of a headrest H1 of the driver's seat or passenger's seat, and frequency characteristics fHU of the sound are corrected based upon the tendency that frequency characteristics fHU of a sound reaching the microphone MF1 from the left speaker FL or right speaker FR are almost close to virtual frequency characteristics fDLK of a sound expected to reach the driver's listening point LP1 assumed on the head contact surface H1A from the left speaker FL or right speaker FR.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
