PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a napped pile fabric with a curled shape like natural wool in which piled part has reduced tanglings of each hair tip of fiber tassels composed of some to some hundred entangled staple fibers.;SOLUTION: The invention relates to the napped pile fabric with the piled part 1 comprising as fibers (A) 20-50 wt.% of acrylic synthetic fibers with 5-12 dtex of fineness and 70-155 mm of length, (B) 10-70 wt.% of acrylic synthetic fibers with 2-8 dtex of fineness and 44-65 mm of length, and (C) 10-50 wt.% of acrylic synthetic fibers with 1-6 dtex of fineness and 20-43 mm of length, wherein the pile fabric 1 containing the above is subjected to a tumbling process to form sheep shape, and the polymer composing the acrylic synthetic fibers (A), (B) and (C) preferably contains 30-70 wt.% of acrylonitrile.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
