A core particles of iron-based soft magnetic, core particle and the surface of the core particles are surrounded by an inorganic coating insulating present invention, mixtures of these silanes, titanates, aluminates, or zirconates, and a compound of the lubrication amount is selected from the group consisting of, for a new ferromagnetic powder composition. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing a soft magnetic composite materials using the new powder composition.
