PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a simple mirror site operation by preventing the downgrade of data from being caused in a mirror site operation program, method and mirror site server computer for achieving the proper operation of a mirror site including a volunteer site. PSOLUTION: This mirror site operation program is characterized to make a computer execute a step for performing access to the site of a high order hierarchy which is the nearest to its own site in a state that it can be referenced by referring to a hierarchy list stored in a mirror means, and for acquiring an execution log and a data list to generate an execution list; a step for, when the deletion of the same data is present at the date posterior to writing, deleting the both records, and for deleting any record other than the latest records for the same data from the execution log; and a step for updating a data list stored in the storage means on the basis of the execution log, and for deleting the records of the execution log used for updating.
